Formulations can be either a solution or a gel form consisting of a Polyhexamethylene biguanide as an antimicrobial agent, purified water and a tri-blockcopolymer, particularly a triblockcopolymer of polyethylene oxide and polypropylene oxide, and more particularly a poloxamer.
