Abstract: A chair includes a backrest and a backrest frame. The backrest is configured to support a back of a user of the chair. The backrest frame supports the backrest. The backrest frame includes a right bar-shaped member, a left bar-shaped member, and an upper bar-shaped member. The right bar-shaped member supports a right side of the backrest. The left bar-shaped member supports a left side of the backrest. The upper bar-shaped member supports an upper side of the backrest. Further, the upper bar-shaped member protrudes so as to be convex toward a rear side, and connects the right bar-shaped member and the left bar-shaped member.
Abstract: A holding part is configured to hold a pillar member and includes first and second holding parts each including a part configured to face an outer circumferential surface of the pillar member from a first side at a position different from and spaced from each other. A lock part is configured to be displaced between lock and unlock positions. The lock position brings the lock part into contact with the outer circumferential surface of the pillar member from a second side at a position between the first and second holding parts. The unlock position releases a contact of the lock part with the outer circumferential surface of the pillar member. When the lock part is at the lock position, the first and second holding parts as well as the lock part hold the pillar member, to thereby lock a position of the holding part with respect to the pillar member.
Abstract: A furniture cart includes a body portion and at least one support portion. The body portion is provided with a pair of first casters that are arranged at one end in a first direction and are spaced apart in a second direction. The support portion is provided with a first inclined portion and a second inclined portion which support furniture. The body portion and the support portion are at least partially located in a region between the pair of first casters in a plan view so as not to interfere with the pair of first casters of a furniture cart located on the upper side when the furniture carts are stacked.
Abstract: A backrest for use in a chair includes a back board arranged in a position to abut a back of a seated person on the chair. A first area that is a laterally central area of the back board has a thickness greater than a thickness of a second area of the back board located closer to each of left and right ends of the back board than the first area.
Abstract: Provided is a chair including a support member that is at least a seat body and a backrest to support an occupant. The support member includes a composite portion at least a part of an outer periphery of the support member. The composite portion includes a first outer periphery that is a part of the first member and a second outer periphery that is a part of the second member. The first outer periphery and the second outer periphery are arranged to overlap each other in a thickness direction of the support member. In the composite portion, at least a part of the first outer periphery is formed into a thin portion thinner in the thickness direction than a part located on an outside of at least the part of the first outer periphery in the first member.
Abstract: A chair in one aspect of the present invention comprises a leg body and a seat body. The leg body comprises a support frame that supports the seat body. The seat body comprises a frame body and a sheet-like member stretched across the frame body. The frame body has a positioning member provided on a back surface thereof that positions the seat body to be in a seatable state. An amount of protrusion of the positioning member is defined so that the positioning member contacts the frame body while a lowest part of the sheet-like member at the time the sheet-like member is deformed when a user sits down on the seat body is located above a top of the support frame.
