Abstract: A torque output device includes a body with an opening in the top. A top toothed part is located beneath the opening and includes a bore located corresponding to the opening. The top toothed part includes multiple top teeth. A drive shaft secured in the body and includes a central hole in which a rod is located. A driving portion is formed to the lower end of the drive shaft. The drive shaft and the top toothed part are freely rotated relative to each other. A bottom toothed part is mounted to the drive shaft and freely moves up and down relative to the drive shaft. A resilient member is mounted to the drive shaft and biases the bottom toothed part. A pressure collar is threadedly connected to the lower end of the body to set the torque between the engagement of the top and bottom teeth.

Abstract: A corner trimmer includes a base, a bottom blade, an L-shaped operation member, a top blade and a spring. The base has a platform and a pivotal portion. The bottom blade having a round edge is fixed to the base and parallel to the platform. The two ends of the L-shaped operation member and two ends of the pivot of the pivotal portion are connected to the base. The L-shaped operation member has an opening. The top blade is located at the inside of the L-shaped operation member and has a curved edge which is located corresponding to the round edge of the bottom blade and shaped to be complementary to the round edge. The spring is biased between the base and the top blade. The corner of an object is inserted into the opening and trimmed by the alternative top and bottom blades.

Abstract: A spout and opener includes an opener portion with a sharp tip for opening a pack. The opener portion gets thicker and thicker from the sharp tip in order to fit into the pack tighter and tighter. The spout receives liquid from the pack. The spout portion directs the liquid to the exterior of the pack from the opener portion. The stop extends between the spout portion and the opener portion for avoiding insertion of the whole spout and opener into the pack.

Abstract: A holding and dispensing apparatus is provided for use with a pack. The holding and dispensing apparatus includes a holding device for holding the pack and a dispensing device for dispensing beverage from the pack. The holding device includes a clamp for clamping the pack and a handle attached to the clamp. The clamp includes a first jaw for contact with the top of the pack and a second jaw for contact with the bottom of the pack. The first jaw is connected with the second jaw so that a distance between them is adjustable. Thus, the clamp can clamp packs of different heights. The handle is attached to a plate extending from the second jaw.
