Abstract: A procedure requesting system, a procedure requesting method, and a program are provided, which is used by a user who desires a procedure with an intellectual property office for making a request to the agent for the procedure comprising an information processing unit comprising an agent information storage unit in which the information on agents is registered, and a procedure requesting means for the user to request a procedure to an agent registered. This enables the user to make a procedure request to the agent registered in advance in a procedure with an intellectual property office and it becomes much more easier for the user to make a request of the procedure to an agent than for the user to start with the procedure in finding an agent by him/herself.
