Abstract: A ceiling fan suspended by a down rod includes a motor that rotates relative to the down rod. The motor has a side extending between a top and an opposed bottom, a brace is releasably attached to top of the motor, and a blade iron is releasably attached to the bottom of the motor. A fan blade has a face plate juxtaposed along the side of the motor and is releasably attached to the blade iron. An engagement element formed in the brace mates with a complemental engagement element formed in the face plate so as to connect the brace with respect to the face plate, and the engagement element of the brace and the complemental engagement element of the face plate concurrently contact a vibration dampener applied between the engagement element and the complemental engagement element to dampen vibration between the brace and the fan blade.
Abstract: A ceiling fan includes an outer rotor motor having a rotor connected to a rotating disc and a stator connected with an inner tube. An outer tube is fitted around the inner tube, having one end connected with the rotating disc, and a plurality of elastic buffer pieces are positioned between the outer tube and the rotating disc. By so designing, when the rotor is rotated to actuate the rotating disc together with the outer tube to rotate, the elastic buffer pieces can absorb the vibration produced by operation of the outer rotor motor and also correct bias swinging of the outer tube through their elastic deformation to enable the outer tube to be rotated stably.
Abstract: A ceiling fan blade includes a blade having at least one locking plate embedded in the interior. The locking plate is provided thereon with at least one locking base protruding out of the reverse side of the blade. A blade holder to be locked with the blade is bored with a locking hole at a location corresponding with the locking base for the locking base to be inserted therein. The blade is firmly locked on the blade holder via at least one locking member. By so designing, there is not any locking member on the downward obverse side of a ceiling fan blade, able to maintain a smooth and pretty external appearance of the ceiling fan blade.
