  • Patent number: 8277910
Abstract: A fluid container for packing a product includes a check valve for each container member. A bonding structure of check-valves to a fluid container and a production apparatus of fluid container are disclosed in detail where the check valve is capable of reliably keeping the expansion of the fluid container without any fluid leakage after inflating the fluid container. As the check-valve is bonded to only one of thermoplastic container films, both films of the check-valve are fixed to one of the container films at a plurality of seal portions, thereby preventing the reverse flow by tightly closing the check valve. The plurality of seal portions in a flow pass of the fluid disrupt the fluid flow so as to add resistance to the fluid flow.

  • Patent number: 7694701
Abstract: A check valve for an air-packing device comprises upper and lower check valve films that are placed between upper and lower packing films that form the air-packing device contour. The check valve can be advantageously used for the air-packing device having a multiplicity of air containers. A common air duct that allows compressed air to flow into each air container through the check valve is formed between the upper and lower check valve films independently from other films such that the check valve can be placed flexibly in the air-packing device. Peeling agents are applied between the upper and lower check valve films to create the common air duct by preventing heat-sealing between the films. Air passages are formed in each check valve between air guide seals and separation seals.

  • Patent number: 7482051
Abstract: A bubble wrapping sheet has a simple structure and can easily inflate all of the air bubbles to wrap a product to be protected. The air bubbles can be constructed by tube partition seals that create air tubes and by bubble partition seals that divide the air tubes into a plurality of series connected air bubbles. The shape and size of the tube partition seals and bubble partition seals can be modified to change the shape of air bubbles and the density of the air bubbles on the bubble wrapping sheet. A check valve for the bubble wrapping sheet is provided to each air tube. The check valve may be configured by an air flow maze portion having a zig-zag air passage and a common air duct portion which provides the air to the air flow maze portion of a current air tube as well as to the air flow maze portion of a next air tube.

  • Patent number: 7204278
Abstract: A check valve for use in an air-packing device has a simple structure and promotes to easily inflate all of the air cells of the air-packing device with a relatively lower pressure. The check valves can be easily attached to any locations of the air-packing device. The check valves are formed when a check valve film is attached to one of the first and second thermoplastic films. Peeling agents of predetermined pattern are applied on the check valve film which prevents heat-sealing between the first and second thermoplastic films for air tightly separating two adjacent air containers. The check valve is configured by an air flow maze portion having a zig-zag air passage and a common air duct portion which provides the air to the air flow maze portion of a current air container as well as to the air flow maze portion of a next air container.
