Abstract: A pump assembly and method of cooling process air generated by the pump. The assembly includes a pump and a motor coupled by a gear arrangement. The pump has a cooling air intake and a cooling air exhaust and a process air intake and a process air discharge. The assembly also includes a heat exchanger having a process air inlet and a process air outlet. The assembly includes isolated first and second regions such that within the first region the cooling air exhaust of the pump is positioned at a first stage of tubing within the heat exchanger and further such that within the second region the cooling air intake of the pump is positioned at a second stage of tubing within the heat exchanger.

Abstract: A vacuum system is disclosed. The vacuum system includes a first pump bay and a second pump bay enclosed by an enclosure. Each pump bay houses a motor and a vacuum pump driven by the motor. An inlet manifold and an exhaust manifold are in fluid communication with the first and second pump bays. The inlet manifold and the exhaust manifold are arranged to flow air through the pump bays to cool at least the vacuum pumps.

Abstract: A system for inhibiting microbial growth by photocatalytic oxidation includes an intake having a first inlet port and a first outlet port, an air mover having a second inlet port and a second outlet port, and a filter having a third inlet port. An ultraviolet light source is disposed within the filter to promote photocatalytic oxidation of microbiological particles or other microbial growth, bioaerosols, volatile organic compounds or other particulate matter passing through the filter. The filter includes a filter body, a filter channel disposed within the filter body and having an outer surface and an inner surface. A filter media is disposed within the filter channel. A plurality of inlet ports is distributed over the inner surface and a plurality of outlet ports is distributed over the outer surface.
Abstract: A gas compressor system is disclosed. The gas compressor system includes a dryer assembly, a receiver tank, and at least one support level. The at least one support level has two slide channels supported by two beams. A platform is slidably attached to the slide channels. An isolator is disposed between each of the slide channels and the beams. A compressor is mounted to each platform.
Abstract: Devices and systems are provided, that entrain ambient air within a primary stream of pressurised air, for use in a variety of applications including aircraft, buildings and other stationary structures. The ambient air is drawn through an air treatment such a filter before entrainment within the primary stream. The combined streams are then delivered to a ventilation system, an air curtain or other suitable recipient of treated, thermally conditioned air. The systems include air curtain systems and ventilation systems for aircraft and other vehicles.
Abstract: A dolly and compressor assembly for transporting compressors has a frame with a handle structure and a support portion. At least one wheel and a platform are attached to and supported by the support portion. To accommodate a compressor, a retention formation is disposed on the platform for engaging the compressor. The compressor, in turn, is provided with a receptor structure configured to receive the retention formation on the platform.
