  • Patent number: 10433490
Abstract: A fan assembly attaches to and may be used with an existing fan of a storage container. The fan assembly includes an exhaust fan, a mounting assembly for operatively mounting the exhaust fan to the existing fan of the storage container, and a sealing member operatively positioned between the exhaust fan and the existing fan to provide a seal to direct movement of air streams created, in part, by the exhaust fan. During operation of the exhaust fan, the exhaust fan pulls contaminated air and airborne matter from within the storage container through the existing fan and an existing duct in order to exhaust the contaminated air and airborne matter from the storage container.

  • Patent number: 10439737
Abstract: A hyper-entanglement photon server (i.e., hub) employs non-degenerate frequencies input as entangled photon pairs into a beam splitter. The beam splitter splits probability amplitudes into two sets of bunched superposition states plus two sets of anti-bunched superposition states. The amplitudes pass through identical Lyot filters and then either enter a polarization beam splitter, where the bunched and anti-bunched states switch identities, or merely advance unchanged to awaiting users at two distinct and spatially-displaced positions (i.e., spokes). The Lyot filters change the output amplitudes from rotationally invariant superpositions of generalized Bell States to rotationally non-invariant superpositions of generalized Bell states. All hubs and spokes pre-share operating key material (a security method called KCQ) that may be continually updated by shared stream ciphers seeded by fresh key material engendered by hub-to-spoke quantum communication.

  • Patent number: 10438366
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for fast, robust and efficient BA pipeline (SfM) for wide area motion imagery (WAMI). The invention can, without applying direct outliers filtering (e.g. RANSAC) or re-estimation of the camera parameters (e.g. essential matrix estimation) efficiently refine noisy camera parameters in very short amounts of time. The method is highly robust owing to its adaptivity with the persistency factor of each track. The present invention highly suitable for sequential aerial imagery, particularly for WAMI, where camera parameters are available from onboard sensors.

  • Patent number: 10427833
Abstract: A pallet includes base members, connecting bars, and a loading plate. The connecting bars secure the base members to form a pallet frame. The loading plate is fixed on the pallet frame. The size of the pallet can be adjusted in length and width so as to be adjusted freely and conveniently according to practical requirements. Consequently, the cost for manufacturing the pallet can be reduced. In addition, when one base member is damaged or missing, the damaged or missing base member can be replaced by a new base member. Therefore, the pallet can be used for more times, allowing the cost reduction in manufactory. Furthermore, the base members and the connecting bars are connected with each other to form the pallet frame which is rigid and has high structural strength, such that the pallet frame would not deform and is safe when used for handling and transporting materials.

  • Patent number: 10428234
Abstract: A method for forming a conductive trace on a substrate. A metallic liquid is mixed with a solvent to produce a metallic liquid mixture. The metallic liquid mixture is stimulated to produce a colloidal suspension of discrete metallic liquid particles surrounded by the solvent. The colloidal suspension is aerosolized with a carrier gas, and passed through a nozzle to deposit the discrete metallic liquid particles onto the substrate. The deposited discrete metallic liquid particles are annealed, thereby producing the conductive trace. The conductive trace has a substantially contiguous core of the metallic liquid within a substantially non-electrically conductive solid skin that substantially bounds the liquid core.
