Abstract: A mounting system for objects in a transportation system includes a profile rail, at least one locking device with a base body that is bringable in surface contact with a supporting surface of the profile rail and at least one locking body which is interlockable with the profile rail, as well as an actuating device with an actuating element that extends parallel to the profile rail and a clamping body that is connected to the actuating element. The clamping body is realized in such a way that it exerts a compressive force, which results in the locking body being interlocked, upon a component of the locking device during a motion of the actuating element in a first direction parallel to the profile rail and releases the interlock during a motion of the actuating element in a second, opposite direction.
Abstract: A supply system for providing at least oxygen depleted air and water in a vehicle includes at least one hydrogen supply means, an air channel having an inlet and an outlet, an air cooled fuel cell unit couplable with the hydrogen supply means and arranged inside the air channel and at least one catalytic converter couplable with the hydrogen supply means and arranged between the fuel cell unit and the outlet of the air channel inside the air channel. The air cooled fuel cell unit is adapted for conducting a fuel cell process under consumption of air flowing from the inlet of the air channel through the air cooled fuel cell unit and hydrogen from the hydrogen supply means. At least one catalytic converter is adapted for producing water and oxygen depleted air under consumption of hydrogen from the at least one hydrogen supply means and air.
Abstract: A connection system for connecting two components, particularly two components of an aircraft, by a threaded joint, includes a clamping screw locked with a nut. A clamping screw for use in such a connection system and a method for connecting two components are also described. The clamping screw includes an axial borehole with an internal thread to receive a securing pin, an external thread for connection to the nut and a counter bearing for locking the nut. The clamping screw is designed such that is elastically deformable in the radially inward direction in the area of the counter bearing, and in this area has a greater radial extension than in the remaining area of the clamping screw.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of forming a curved prepreg strip or sheet, especially for use in fabricating a composite component. The method includes providing a strip or sheet of prepreg material having reinforcing fibers and drawing or conveying the prepreg material in a travel direction, wherein the material is drawn or conveyed in the travel direction at a speed which differs across a width of the strip or sheet transverse to the travel direction. Similarly, the invention relates to an apparatus for forming a curved prepreg strip or sheet, having: a mechanism for drawing or conveying a strip or sheet of prepreg material in a travel direction, wherein the mechanism is configured to draw or convey the strip or sheet of prepreg material in the travel direction at a speed which differs across a width of the strip or sheet transverse to the travel direction.

Abstract: An aircraft fuselage structure is disclosed having an outer skin, a support structure arrangement with frame elements, and a floor structure arrangement with floor support struts, the floor structure arrangement connected to the support structure arrangement via connection parts. A connection exists between the floor structure arrangement and the support structure arrangement, with a clamping element on the connection part and a locking element on the connection part. The clamping element includes a longitudinal section having a first and a second end. The first end is pivotally attached to the connection part. The second end includes a transverse section, the locking element including at least one locking groove, and the clamping element pivotable between an engagement position in which the transverse section engages the locking groove, and a released position, in which the transverse section is disengaged therefrom.

The first stringer coupling section is located between the first inner flange and the first outer flange and the second stringer coupling section is located between the second inner flange and the second outer flange. The first stringer coupling section includes a first wall which extends from the first web into the first section of the first partial aircraft frame, and the second stringer coupling section comprises a second wall, which extends from the second web into the second section of the second partial aircraft frame.

Abstract: A mixing device for an aircraft air conditioning system includes a plurality of cold-air supply lines, which are devised to supply cold air to the mixing device. A plurality of warm-air supply lines is further provided, which are devised to supply warm air to the mixing device. A first premixing chamber is connected to the cold-air supply lines and devised to mix the cold air that is fed through the cold-air supply lines into the first premixing chamber. Abstract: A storage compartment for a passenger cabin of an aircraft is provided. The storage compartment comprises a storage compartment body, a mounting, a fixing brace and a pull rod. The fixing brace is connected to a frame of the primary structure of an aircraft and to the mounting and takes up forces transversely to the direction of flight. The pull rod is connected to a stringer of the aircraft primary structure and also to the mounting and takes up forces in the direction of flight in such a way that even in the event of an impact event, only low torques are to be taken up by the supporting primary structure of the aircraft.
