Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the use of an aeroponic propagator for the cultivation of plants. The aeroponic propagator of the present disclosure may be a human intervention free system. The aeroponic propagator of the present disclosure may allow the total spectrum of all stages of plant growth from seedling to harvest and multi-cropping per system with minimum human intervention. The aeroponic propagator comprises a self-harvesting system for collecting produce from cultivated plants, wherein the self-harvesting system is configures to collect produce that has detached from the cultivated plants.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the use of an aeroponic propagator for supplying fog within an aeroponic propagator for the cultivation of plants. An aeroponic propagator according to the disclosure comprises a fogging system for supplying fog within the aeroponic propagator, wherein the fogging system comprises a droplet generator, the droplet generator comprising at least one outlet, and the droplet generator being configures such that in use each at least one outlet ejects one droplet of liquid at a time.
Abstract: The present invention relates a control system and method for supplying droplets within a space for controlling humidity. The control system comprises a droplet generator and a control unit. The droplet generator comprises at least one outlet and is configured to supply droplets to the space. The control unit is configured to control ejection of the droplets from the droplet generator to control the humidity in the space.
