Abstract: An information processing system includes: an obtaining unit obtaining state information about a state of a living body and distribution information about distribution of physical quantity of biomolecules; and an estimation unit estimating a future state of a target living body based on a two-dimensional electrophoresis image related to the target living body, other two-dimensional electrophoresis image different from the two-dimensional electrophoresis image, and state information related to a particular living body having biomolecules with distribution specified from the other two-dimensional electrophoresis image.
