Abstract: A roofing tool comprises a handle with a longitudinal axis and a longitudinal shaft coaxial therewith, the handle having a first end and a second end, a hollow shaft having a first end and a second end, the first end of the hollow shaft being axially inserted into the second end of the handle and the second end of the hollow shaft extending therefrom, a bracket attached to the second end of the hollow shaft, a roller rotatably attached to the bracket, a seam tester member having a tapered pick end and an elongated shaft disposed within the hollow shaft; and a detent member secured to the handle and configured to detain the seam tester member within the handle.

Abstract: A cutting apparatus comprises a frame assembly which includes a support surface and a first cutting blade, and at least one key hole. The cutting apparatus also comprises a cutting arm assembly which is rotatably attached to the frame assembly and includes a second cutting blade. The cutting apparatus also comprises an alignment mechanism secured to the frame assembly and the cutting arm assembly.
