Abstract: A control device performs control of a culture condition in production of an organic compound by a fermentation method. The control device executes processing a plurality of times to acquire culture data, to calculate, using the acquired culture data, a plurality of candidates for a culture condition set in advance, and a linear model set in advance that outputs a production amount of an organic compound at a future time, the production amount at the future time for each of the candidates, to determine an optimum candidate out of the candidates using the calculated production amount at the future time for each of the candidates and a target production amount of the organic compound at the future time set in advance, and to change the culture condition to the determined candidate. The linear model and the target production amount are set for each time.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method of producing an aqueous solution containing an N—C8-22 acyl acidic amino acid and/or a salt thereof and having pH 8.4-9.5, including the first step for reacting an acidic amino acid and/or a salt thereof with a C8-22 fatty acid chloride in a water solvent at pH 10-13 to form an N—C8-22 acyl acidic amino acid salt, and the second step for adjusting the pH of the aqueous solution after the first step to 8.4-9.5.
Abstract: Resin compositions including (A) an epoxy resin, (B) a curing agent, and (C) an inorganic filler, in which a chloride ion content included in the resin composition measured in accordance with a sample combustion ion chromatography method (BS EN 14582 2007) is 50 ppm or less are capable of forming a cured product having excellent adhesion with a conductive layer even after the HAST test.
Abstract: A method for producing a basic acid such as L-lysine is provided. A basic amino acid or a fermentation product containing the same is produced by a method including the following steps (A) and (B): (A) a step of culturing a microorganism able to produce a basic amino acid in a culture medium so that bicarbonate ions and/or carbonate ions serve as counter ions for the basic amino acid, to obtain a fermentation broth containing the basic amino acid; (B) a step of subjecting the fermentation broth to a heat treatment under a pressure sufficient for preventing generation of carbon dioxide gas from the fermentation broth.
Abstract: The present invention provides a food intake regulating agent which improves anorexia and overeating and is safe for ingestion for a long term. The present invention relates to a food intake regulating agent containing 3 kinds of amino acids: threonine, methionine and tryptophan, as active ingredients.
Abstract: A method for producing a fibroin-like protein is described. A fibroin-like protein is produced by culturing Escherichia coli having a gene encoding the fibroin-like protein in a medium, inducing expression of the gene encoding the fibroin-like protein, and collecting the fibroin-like protein, wherein the cell proliferation after inducing the expression is reduced.
Abstract: A method for producing an objective protein and a method for producing a disaccharide are provided. An objective protein is produced by culturing Talaromyces cellulolyticus in a culture medium containing an expression inducer such as gentiobiose. A disaccharide is produced from a saccharide raw material by enzymatic conversion using a disaccharide synthesizing enzyme.
