Abstract: A method for creating a digital map in at least one mobile device including capturing an image sequence of an environment; detecting and classifying objects in the captured image sequence; determining object positions of the objects relative to the mobile device; establishing a section in the environment wherein the section has a predetermined size and predetermined boundaries; assigning the detected and classified objects to the determined object positions in the established section; determining a traffic lane provided in the section; transmitting object information and the object positions of the detected and classified objects, section information relating to the established section, traffic lane information and time information to the map creation device. In the map creation device, the data is received, compared, and sections are joined and merged to form a digital map. Also disclosed is an associated system.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method functions within an industrial automation system. In a method for providing functions within an industrial automation system, the functions are made available by a web application of at least one control unit and provided on the client side during execution of a control program via a Single-Page Application (SPA) as a web client at a client-side user interface. The functions are provided by a standardized data model of the web application which represents the at least one control unit and data that can be made available by the control unit. The standardized data model is accessed via a generic data interface of the web application.

Abstract: A tank system of a motor vehicle includes a volume modifying element, having a compensation volume, which is provided in the inner chamber of the fuel tank and which is used to equalize the vapor pressure. The compensation volume is connected to the surrounding area. The only connection between the volume modifying element and the surrounding area is formed by a storage unit of the gaseous fuel components and the inner chamber of the fuel tank is connected to the surrounding area by a valve unit. The valve unit is normally open when filling the fuel tank and when exceeding or falling below the pressure limits in the inner chamber of the tank, and is otherwise closed. The storage unit is connected to the valve unit.

Abstract: A method determines a cabling of a unit of a photovoltaic system. The unit includes a number of solar components and a transfer point. The method includes generating a cabling chart with paths between a connection of each solar component and the transfer point according to cable routing regulations, determining preferred paths of each solar component to the transfer point based on the cabling charts, and selecting one of the determined paths for each solar component such that the cabling complexity for the unit is minimized. In the process, the cabling complexity is determined based on the sum of the lengths of the selected paths and the length of a cable channel in which the cables run individually or in a bundled manner.
Abstract: A hand-held power tool housing is disclosed. The housing includes a first housing part on the edge of which a first rebate is formed and a second housing part on the edge of which a second rebate is formed. The first rebate and the second rebate are formed in a complementary manner to one another such that the first housing part and the second housing part can be assembled in an assembly direction. A groove is formed on the edge of the first housing part and a spring is formed on the edge of the second housing part, forming an interlocking groove-spring connection in a transverse direction to the assembly direction.
Abstract: An energy supply for an electrical circuit breaker includes a current converter with a primary conductor and a secondary winding. The energy supply further has a triac with two main connections and one control connection, the triac being connected electrically in parallel with the secondary winding via the main connections. A series circuit including at least two zener diodes is connected to the control connection of the triac at one end and to a main connection of the triac at the other end.
Abstract: An apparatus and a method for determining the position of a medical instrument, particularly for the purpose of medical navigation. In order to use a simple system to provide a relatively inexpensive technique for determining positional information, the position and/or orientation of the medical instrument is determined by ascertaining the same on the basis of position finding operations. Electromagnetic fields are first measured and the results of relative field strength measurements are taken as a basis for ascertaining the direction of a line from a transmitter to a receiver. After this direction information is known, it is used to determine the positional information of the medical instrument.

Abstract: An electrical machine has a rotor with a hollow shaft which in its interior delimits a hollow shaft axial channel that extends in the axial direction and into which a cooling fluid can flow during operation of the electrical machine.
