Abstract: A locking valve for selectively locking fluid pressure in a fluid cylinder in the event of failure of the source of fluid pressure to the cylinder and including an integral fluid flow control valve, the locking valve also including a fluid pressure seal between the fluid supply port and the pilot port of the locking valve to prevent back pressure on the pilot pressure operated valve components.
