    Abstract: Provided are methods of inhibiting prostaglandin transporter (PGT) activity in mammals. Also provided are methods of determining whether a test compound is an inhibitor of a prostaglandin transporter. Additionally provided are compounds that inhibit prostaglandin transporter activity, and pharmaceutical compositions of those compounds. Methods of inhibiting COX-2 in a mammal are also provided.
