Abstract: A child resistant card for dispensing pills, e.g., capsules and/or tablets, that renders access to the pills difficult for a child but not for an adult. The child resistant blister card enables the user to access the item disposed within the card after performing a series of steps. The blister card is received in a protective envelope. A weakened area in the front panel of the envelope can be depressed to release a tear tab in the back panel. Once released, the tear tab can be ripped from the back panel to expose the backing foil of the blister card.

A nozzle is coupled to the opening of the container for receiving fluid from the container. The nozzle defines an outlet port for distributing fluid from the nozzle. The outlet port of the nozzle is positioned to deliver fluid along an axis that is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the container.

Abstract: A push-squeeze-lift child resistant closure for a container having an unthreaded neck and a top shoulder having a top surface with at least one receptacle locking slot, the closure comprising a top having a spring inside the top and a sidewall having flexible panels, wherein each flexible panel includes at least one horizontal tab hook that engages a corresponding locking slot in the container, wherein the tab hook and corresponding locking slot prevents removal of the closure without first pushing downward on the closure and concurrently squeezing or depressing the flexible panel to disengage the hook and remove the closure.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for manufacturing plastic containers having RFID tags embedded therein is disclosed. The bottles are manufactured using a blow-molding technique wherein an in-mold film having an RFID tag embedded therein is positioned or placed against the parison immediately prior to the blow mold being closed and the pressurized air being used to inflate the parison. The resulting container thus has an RFID tag fused thereto to allow for tracking and tracing of the container after manufacture, as well as providing a mechanism by which the authenticity of the bottle can be verified.

Upon folding at the fold region, the perforated front push-through tab is aligned over the perforated back punch tab. The child resistant card further includes a blister pack including a blister having an outlet and a penetrable backing portion, wherein the outlet of the blister is covered by the penetrable backing portion to create a closed blister and the pill is located inside the closed blister, wherein the blister pack is located between the folded closure part and push-through part such that the blister protrudes through the blister hole.
