Abstract: A utility light has a dual fluorescent lamp assembly mounted in a housing with a removable lens for ease of lamp replacement. The lens is releasably retained at an upper end by a locking tab. The housing has a swivel hook, a handle cushion, a housing cushion at the upper end, and a bottom cushion at a lower end. The lamp assembly is powered by a battery pack assembly releasably mounted in a handle portion of the housing for removal and insertion into a charging stand.

Abstract: An LED utility light includes a hollow housing having a wider upper light portion connected to a narrower lower handle portion. The light portion has a lens opening covered by a lens permitting light generated from an array of LEDs to exit the housing. A magnet mounted on the housing releasably retains the utility light on a support surface. The magnet is releasably attached to the housing and can be rotated about an axis generally parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing.

Abstract: An LED utility light has a hollow housing with an upper light portion and a lower handle portion, the housing being formed by a rear shell and a front shell with a lens aperture formed therein. An LED circuit board assembly disposed in the housing has an array of LEDs arranged in rows facing the lens opening. A reflector member is mounted between the circuit board assembly and the lens opening and has a plurality of light apertures formed therein corresponding to the array with each LED being visible through an associated one of the light apertures, the reflector member having a reflective front surface. A lens member is mounted in the lens opening for passing light generated by the LEDs.

Abstract: A utility light includes a housing having a rear wall attached to a forwardly extending peripheral wall to form a front opening, a stand rotatably attached to the housing to permit the light to rotate relative to a support surface, a plurality of LEDs mounted in the housing facing the front opening, and a lens removably attached to the housing and closing the front opening. The LEDs are divided between an inner circuit board and a plurality of outer circuit boards adjacent the edges of the inner board. The outer circuit boards and corresponding portions of the lens are angled relative to the inner circuit board and a central portion of the lens. The light can be operated to light all and less than all of the LEDs.
