A pressured air inlet extends through the housing along the pulley axis of rotation and is sealed to a nozzle rotating with the pulley. The pulley stores an air hose having one end connected to the nozzle and an opposite end extending through an opening in the housing for attachment to a pneumatic tool.

A brush block is retained in one of two shells forming the housing to maintain brushes in contact with conductive tracks on the contact reel half. The brush block includes an arm for supporting a pigtail extending between the brush block and an exterior of the housing.

Mounting brackets (19) are provided for receiving the mounting bosses (64) and releasably retaining the side panels (12, 13) on a mounting surface.

Typically, the pulley body is formed of a nylon material and the flange plate is formed of steel. A coil spring has one end attached to the shaft and the other end attached to the winding body for automatically rewinding the extension cord.

The case is formed of two cup-shaped halves which are releasably attached by cooperating locking tabs and locking apertures. The reel is also formed of two halves and includes a pair of duplex outlets and a circuit breaker. The reel is supported in the case on flanges extending through openings in the case and is manually rotated.
