Each moveable arm is coupled to the base via one of the two pivots. Each moveable arm includes a tip, an extension portion coupled to the tip, and a handle connected to the horizontal portion. The extension portion includes a vertical portion coupled to the tip and a horizontal portion coupled to the vertical portion. Each of the moveable arms is configured to provide angular pressure against a targeted muscle at the tip by having a user body lie on the selective pressure application device with the tips of each moveable arm contacting the surface of the body where the targeted muscle is located. Each moveable arm rotates around its respective pivot to provide the angular pressure to the targeted muscle.
