Abstract: A pneumatic cushion, in particular for a vehicle seat, has an upper and a lower film wall and at least one longitudinal welded seam. The upper and the lower film wall in the collapsed installed state of the pneumatic cushion bear against one another and form a flat structure which is defined to the side by longitudinal side edges. The longitudinal welded seam of the film bladder is provided in a film region between the two longitudinal side edges of the pneumatic cushion.
