  • Patent number: 8621700
Abstract: The invention relates to a mobile sweeper comprising a housing, in which a sweeping roller driven by an electric motor is mounted for rotation, and a sweepings container for receiving sweepings, wherein there are mounted on the housing adjacent to the sweeping roller two front supporting wheels and at a distance from these at least one rear supporting wheel, each for rotation about an axis of rotation. In order to further develop the sweeper such that with the occurrence of surface unevennesses, there is no risk of the sweeping roller becoming blocked or of the sweeper tilting, it is proposed in accordance with the invention that the axis of rotation of a first front supporting wheel be arranged coaxially with the axis of rotation of the sweeping roller and, in relation to the main direction of movement of the sweeper, offset from the axis of rotation of the second front supporting wheel.

  • Patent number: 8568109
Abstract: A pump for a high-pressure cleaning device for delivering cleaning fluid is provided. The pump has at least one pump chamber, into which at least one piston plunges, and which is connected to a suction line via at least one inlet valve and to a pressure line via at least one outlet valve. A bypass line leads from the pressure line to the suction line. An overflow valve is arranged in the bypass line. The valve body of the overflow valve is connected to a control piston which is displaceably held in a control chamber with the interposition of a sealing element and moves the valve body into a closed or an open position as a function of the flow rate of the cleaning fluid in the pressure line. A sliding element is arranged in the control chamber and abuts sealingly on the wall of the control chamber.

  • Patent number: 8555902
Abstract: The invention relates to a high-pressure cleaning appliance, comprising a heatable heat exchanger for heating up a liquid dispensable by the high-pressure cleaning appliance, a blower with a flow channel connected thereto for supplying combustion air to the heat exchanger, and a setting member for setting the amount of combustion air suppliable to the heat exchanger, the setting member having a channel constriction section which is positionable in the flow channel and movable relative thereto for changing the free cross-sectional area of the flow channel. In order to develop a generic high-pressure cleaning appliance further so that the amount of combustion air suppliable to the heat exchanger can be better adjusted, it is proposed that the channel constriction section be configured so as to be slidingly displaceable relative to the flow channel.
