    Abstract: A light supplementation and thermal insulation device for microalgae pipeline cultivation and a method for microalgae pipeline cultivation is provided. The light supplementation and thermal insulation device has a combined light conversion film body, fixing parts located at an upper end and a lower end of the combined light conversion film body, and lifting systems; the combined light conversion film body comprises a bottom opaque film, a middle reflective film, and an upper light conversion film; the bottom opaque film, the middle reflective film, and the upper light conversion film are fixed together as a whole by the fixing parts at the upper end and the lower end; the lifting systems are connected to the fixing parts at the upper end. It solves the problem of difficult light supplementation during the daytime in microalgae pipeline cultivation and also addresses the issue of thermal insulation during the nighttime.

    Abstract: A feed additive, a laying hen feed, and a method for producing astaxanthin eggs are provided. The feed additive provided includes the following components in parts by weight: 5-50 parts of Haematococcus pluvialis, 6-10 parts of vegetable oil, and 6-8 parts of vitamin E. The chicken feed provided by the present invention includes the feed additive and a basal feed. The present invention can improve the enrichment of astaxanthin in Haematococcus pluvialis in the yolk, increase the pigment content of the yolk, and improve the nutrition value of egg products. According to the present invention, the feed additive described above with a specific content is added to the chicken feed, and the feed additive is fed to the hens at a specific feeding amount, so that the palatability of the feed and hens' intake of the feed are not influenced.

    Abstract: A culture method for high-concentration Haematococcus pluvialis includes the following steps: 1) inoculating a Haematococcus pluvialis algae into a first culture medium for culturing for 7-10 days, collecting algal cells, inoculating the algal cells into a new first culture medium for culturing until a dry weight concentration of the algal cells in a Haematococcus pluvialis liquid obtained by culturing is 2.0 g/L or more, and collecting the algal cells, namely motile vegetative cells; 2) inoculating the motile vegetative cells into a second culture medium for culturing for 13-15 days to obtain nonmotile vegetative cells with aged cell walls; and 3) inoculating the nonmotile vegetative cells into a third culture medium for culturing for 10-14 days, inducing the generation of astaxanthin until a content of the astaxanthin is 6% or more, and finishing the culture.
