Abstract: A machine for making ice-cream products includes a whipping and freezing unit with a horizontal axis, and an inspection door connected to one end of the whipping and freezing unit to allow access to the inside of the unit. The inspection door has a dispensing hole so that the whipping and freezing unit can be put in fluid communication with the outside environment and a dispensing door for selectively opening and closing the dispensing hole. The dispensing door includes a separator, having an opening, able to rotate relative to the inspection door so that the dispensing hole is selectively opposite the opening and allows controlled dispensing of ice-cream products from the whipping and freezing unit.

Abstract: A machine for making two different types of product consisting respectively of ice creams and of shakes, includes: a main processing circuit for making the ice cream, having an infeed end associated with a tank for containing a product to be processed and an outfeed end associated with a mixing chamber; an auxiliary processing circuit for making the shake, having an infeed end associated with a tank for containing a diluting liquid and an outfeed end associated with the mixing chamber; a dispenser mechanism positioned at the mixing chamber dispensing the ice cream or the shake; and a selection device for selecting the type of product, equipped with at least a first and a second nozzle. Each nozzle can be associated with the mixing chamber in a corresponding condition for dispensing of the ice cream or the shake.

Abstract: The disposable agitator for mixed food products has an elongated stem, which has, at a longitudinal end, an agitator blade having the shape of a spoon, and can be removably fixed to the rotary shaft of a mixer, so that the consumer can subsequently use the agitator as a utensil for eating the product previously mixed; the agitator has at least one longitudinal rib, projecting transversally from the stem and/or from the agitator blade and at the same time acting as an agitator stiffening element and an active element in the mixing action.

Abstract: Safety device for taps provided with a disk shutter sliding in a tubular sector shaped like the arc of a circle, constituting the product outlet duct of a pasteurizing machines used in the production of creams, soups or the like. The shutter disk is connected with an operating lever endowed with a spring pin fitting into suitable hollows obtained on an element with circular sector which is concentric with respect to the rotation axis of said operating lever. Both on the operating lever and in the element with circular sector showing the hollows defining the basic positions of the operating operating lever of the shutter, reciprocal abutment means have been provided, whose purpose is to interrupt the movement of the operating lever on reaching said intermediate position in which a radial opening for product discharge is opened, thus preventing the unintentional overcoming of said position.

Abstract: Feed Machine, preferably for use in machines for processing ice-cream mixtures or the like, having an element that swings (202; 203; 204; 205; 206) about a given axis between two positions and works in conjunction with a suitable housing (102; 103; 104; 105; 106) located at an opening made in one wall (1) of the machine (10). One of the two positions of the swing element (202; 203; 204; 205; 206) allows communication between the processing chamber and the outside environment and the other position prevents such communication. The housing (102; 103; 104; 105; 106) presents on its surface a funnel-shaped cavity (112; 113; 114; 115; 116) open at the bottom.

Abstract: Device for automatically closing the plungers of the plunger-type dispensing taps of machines for dispensing ice cream, crushed ice drinks or the like. At the end of each plunger is a push rod pushed into permanent contact with the end of the plunger by a spring, this spring being loaded by the raising of the plunger by hand, so that when the lever is released, this spring, acting through the push rod, automatically pushes the plunger down to block the dispensing of the dispensed product.
