Abstract: A video processing method includes: determining whether an inter predictor correction is enabled for a coding block; and when the inter predictor correction is enabled for the coding block, performing the inter predictor correction by: obtaining a plurality of predicted samples from a top boundary and a left boundary of a predicted block corresponding to the coding block; obtaining a plurality of reconstructed samples from top neighboring reconstructed samples and left neighboring reconstructed samples of the coding block; and deriving a corrected predicted block based on the plurality of the predicted samples, the plurality of the reconstructed samples and the predicted block.

The method includes receiving a bitstream comprising a coding unit coded in a geometric partition mode (GPM); decoding a first parameter associated with the coding unit, the first parameter indicating whether template matching being applied to the coding unit; and determining, according to the first parameter, motion information for the coding unit, wherein when the first parameter indicates the template matching is applied to the coding unit, the motion information is refined using the template matching.

Abstract: A radio frequency communication method, a vehicle control method, a device, and a system are provided. Abstract: Provided in the example embodiments are a method, electronic device, and computer storage medium for managing virtual streaming. The method for managing virtual streaming includes: providing a configuration interface for configuring a virtual streaming room with configuration settings, the configuration settings including at least an audience group setting, and a host setting related to a virtual host; receiving, via the configuration interface, configuration input corresponding to the audience group setting, and/or the host setting; and based on the configuration input, generating a host assignment rule, the host assignment rule for assigning at least one virtual host to at least one audience group. The example embodiments solve the problems in which the form of an existing virtual host is fixed, audience adhesion is poor, and use thereof is inflexible.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a video data processing method for cross-component sample adaptive offset (CCSAO). The method includes determining an index based on a vertical coordinate of a chroma sample within a picture; determining a luma sample based on the index; classifying the chroma sample based on a reconstructed value associated with the luma sample; determining an offset based on the classification; and adding the offset to a reconstructed value associated with the chroma sample.

Abstract: An instruction processing apparatus is disclosed. The instruction processing apparatus includes: a selector is configured to parse out a command type and a buffer identifier from a command, provide received data and the buffer identifier to a parser if the command type is configuration, and provide the received data and the buffer identifier to an operation circuit if the command type is execution; the parser is configured to parse out an instruction sequence from the data, store the instruction sequence into an instruction buffer corresponding to the buffer identifier, and store an operand of each instruction into a register file; and the operation circuit is configured to drive the instruction buffer to execute each instruction and generate a control signal, and trigger a plurality of execution units to perform operations based on received control signals and operands. The apparatus may be dedicated to processing various neural network applications.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a computer-implemented method, a system, and a storage medium, where a graph stored in a computing system is logically divided into subgraphs, the subgraphs are stored on different interconnected (or coupled) devices in the computing system, and nodes of the subgraphs include hub nodes connected to adjacent subgraphs. Each device stores attributes and node structure information of the hub nodes of the subgraphs into other devices, and software or hardware prefetch engine on the device prefetches attributes and node structure information associated with a sampled node. A prefetcher on a device interfacing with the interconnected (or coupled) devices may further prefetch attributes and node structure information of nodes of the subgraphs on other devices. A traffic monitor is provided on an interface device to monitor traffic. When the traffic is small, the interface device prefetches node attributes and node structure information.

Abstract: One embodiment described herein provides a system and method for adjusting the relay state of nodes in a wireless network. During operation, the system can obtain relay-state information associated with a plurality of neighboring nodes of a respective node in the wireless network. The system can identify, among the plurality of neighboring nodes, a set of relay neighbors capable of relaying messages based on the obtained relay-state information and determine a connectivity status of the set of relay neighbors. The system can then determine an expected relay state of the respective node based on a count and the connectivity status of the set of relay neighbors and can adjust a relay state of the respective node based on the expected relay state.
