Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for generating project plans from project models. In some aspects, a project application can provide a graphical interface responsive to receiving a request to generate a project plan for an organization from a project model. The project application can generate the graphical interface based on the selected project model. The graphical interface can include sections for selecting criteria, such as organizational objectives and risk management factors for the project plan. The project application can select at least one organizational objective and at least one risk management factor based on input received via the graphical interface. The project application can determine a baseline risk associated with the organizational objective and a modification of the baseline risk associated with the risk management factor.
