  • Patent number: 6733423
Abstract: A speed control device of a treadmill includes a transmitter, a receiver, a transmitter end circuit and a receiver end circuit. The transmitter serves to generate and transmit ultrasonic wave, while the receiver serves to receive reflected ultrasonic wave. The transmitter end circuit has an oscillating IC circuit and an analog-digital converting circuit. The oscillating IC circuit serves to oscillate the ultrasonic wave generated by the transmitter to high frequency. The analog-digital converting circuit serves to convert digital signal into analog signal. The receiver end circuit has an amplifying circuit and an analog-digital converting circuit. The amplifying circuit serves to amplify the reflected ultrasonic wave received by the receiver into high frequency. The analog-digital converting circuit serves to convert the reflected analog signal into digital signal.

  • Patent number: 6592496
Abstract: An ascending/descending and folding structure for running exerciser. The running board frame is connected with a linking mechanism and driven thereby. A telescopic tube assembly of a supporting device is telescoped so as to move the caster support back and forth for adjusting the inclination of the running board. By means of rotating a threaded rod, a long sleeve of the linking mechanism is telescoped into a short sleeve, whereby the running board frame is turned upward. Therefore, the running board can be electrically folded. In the case that there is no power supply, a user can directly manually turn the running board upward and fold the running board.

  • Patent number: 6585624
Abstract: A running exerciser structure, a front end of the running board frame is pivotally connected with a second board of a linking mechanism. When a driving motor of the linking mechanism drive a threaded rod to forward or backward rotate, a first and a second threaded bushes are moved along the threaded rod opposite to each other. At the same time, a first and a third links and a third and a fourth links are driven to move opposite to each other. The second board can be continuously ascended or descended and the running board frame is upward or downward inclined to form an upward slope, a downward slope or a plane face. Therefore, a user can upgrade or downgrade or horizontally run on the running board to exercise his/her body to different extents.

  • Patent number: 6398696
Abstract: A Running exerciser structure including a base seat, a frame body and two rocking arms. Two support stems respectively upward extend from two sides of the base seat. Two vertical slide rails are respectively disposed on the support stems. Two sides of the frame body are respectively disposed with two rollers which can vertically roll along the slide rails. Two rocking arms are respectively pivotally disposed on two sides of the frame body and interconnected by a shaft. Two ends of the shaft are respectively disposed with two rollers. A telescopic rod is pivotally disposed between the frame body and the shaft. When a second motor drives the telescopic rod to extend, the rocking arms are driven to swing to elevate or lower the frame body. When the frame body is lifted, the rocking arms, telescopic rod and the frame body form a firm triangular supporting structure for stably supporting the running exerciser.

  • Patent number: 6394933
Abstract: A strength-saving structure for a foldable treadmill exerciser including a support stand, a movable frame body and two torque springs. The inner sides of the support bars of the support stand are disposed with oppositely extending circular tubes near the bottoms thereof. An arch board is disposed in each circular tube. The circular tube and the arch board define therebetween an arch rail. An arch projecting board of the frame body is slidably fitted in the arch rail. The two torque springs are respectively fitted around the circular tubes of the support bars. A hook section of each torque spring hooks an engaging pin under the circular tube, while a backing section of the torque spring backs the bottom of the long bar of the frame body. The torque springs are prestressed. Accordingly, before the frame body is downwardly unfolded, the frame body is backed by the prestressed torque springs and a part of the gravity making the frame body fall down is offset.

  • Patent number: 6267710
Abstract: An exerciser structure includes a fixed unit and a movable unit. The movable unit includes a pair of ring sections. One of the ring sections is fixed with a torque generating portion. The fixed unit is disposed with a fixing board on which an inner guide wheel and several outer guide wheels are rotatably disposed. The inner and outer guide wheels tightly contact with the ring section, so that the ring section can be stably rotated. The exerciser structure can be easily folded with strength saved. In addition, the stress exerted onto the pivot section of the exerciser structure is evenly distributed. The exerciser structure can be alternatively folded by an electric folding measure as necessary.

  • Patent number: 6234937
Abstract: Folding structure of an exerciser including a frame body and a support stand. The support stand has two support legs on two sides of the frame body. The inner sides of the support legs are respectively disposed with a large arch plate and a small arch plate positioned under the large arch plate. The large and small arch plates define an arch rail therebetween. An arch projecting block is disposed on each long side of the frame body for slidably fitting in the arch rail. When folding or unfolding the exerciser, a pressure is exerted onto the frame body. At this time, one side of the arch projecting block is pressed against one end of the top face of the small arch plate to form a supporting point, while the other side of the arch projecting block abuts against one end of the bottom face of the large arch plate to form another supporting point.
