Abstract: A dental impression tray having a rough textured surface which provides a multiplicity of pits made up of valleys and peaks, holes that don't penetrate through the tray, cavities, craters, crevices, ledges and/or undercuts which retain and/or stabilize the impression material. The rough textured surface of the handle provides a non-slip surface for a gloved hand.
