    Abstract: A computer-implemented method for displaying information to a patient in a hospital setting. A mobile device collects credentials from a patient. A request for a server to authenticate the patient based on the credentials collected from the patient, and upon authenticating the patient, to reply with patient information requested by the patient is generated. The collected credentials and the request are transmitted to the server. The requested patient information is received by the mobile device.
