Abstract: A frame adapter assembly for use in connection with a belt conveyor assembly including: a frame adapter body having a top surface and a bottom bearing surface for at least partially contacting a surface of a belt conveyor frame; at least one bracket extending from the top surface of the frame adapter body for operatively engaging at least a portion of a shaft of at least one roller; and at least one attachment arrangement for removably or permanently attaching the frame adapter assembly to at least a portion of the existing belt conveyor frame. A method for repairing a belt conveyor assembly is also disclosed.
