Abstract: In exemplary embodiments of the present invention various types of magnetic cookware stands are provided, allowing pots, pans and the like to be stored with their diametral dimension in a substantial vertical position, resting on a side. The cookware stands are provided with embedded magnets or magnetic devices, so as to either attach to a bottom surface of a pot or a pan, or to a handle of a pot or a pan. In some exemplary embodiments, a stand can be made up of various magnetically interconnected modular units, each unit able to hold one pan, and a user can configure how many of such units a desired cookware stand comprises. The technology allows such pans to be conveniently stored, without resting upon, or even touching, one another. Because they can be oriented vertically in such exemplary devices, storage space is optimized.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an improved and a novel pan handle for a pan. The pan comprises a pan body and a pan handle. The pan handle is disposed on the sidewall of the pan body, comprising a holding portion for a user to hold and a first projection portion disposed on the sidewall of the pan handle for the user's fingers to press against such that the user can move or turn the pan body angularly with the pan handle as the axis. When a user uses a pan according to the present invention, the user may hold the pan by means of the holding portion of the pan handle and exert force by pressing fingers against the first projection portion as a lever. As a result, the pan handle according to the present invention enables the user to exercise greater control of the pan and to exert less labor in handling the pan.

The receiving means having a concavely-shaped first end and an enlarged second end to receive a material. The enlarged second end ensures the material stays securely in the concavely-shaped first end.

The computer pointer device includes a sealed decorative vessel containing a first liquid, a second liquid and at least one structure, wherein the structure is insoluble in both the first and the second liquids and floats on the first liquid. The first and the second liquids are advantageously immiscible. The first and the second liquids advantageously have densities such that the first liquid is beneath the second liquid, the first liquid, or the second liquid, or both of the first and the second liquids, are optionally colored or colorless. The structure suspended in the sealed vessel is advantageously weighted so it can maintain its upright configuration irrelevant to the position of the sealed vessel, and capable of remaining in suspension when the computer pointer device is in motion.
