  • Patent number: 6892862
Abstract: An elevator car (1) includes, a support frame (8) of a cable-driven elevator system without a machine room, with a compact driving pulley driving machine (7), combine with a brake, integrated in this car (1) and/or its support frame (8). This is to provide an elevator car which can be preassembled outside of an elevator shaft as a unit ready to be installed, with as many functional parts as possible. To this end, the elevator car (1) has the following feathers: the driving machine (7) is equipped with a permanent magnet-excited synchronous motor as the driving source; the operating electronics of the driving machine and the control electronics required for the operation of the entire elevator system from a common, interactive functional unit in the form of an electronic central unit (10); and the electronic central unit (10) is permanently connected to the elevator car and/or its support frame.

  • Patent number: 6893375
Abstract: The invention relates to a planetary gear with little play that comprises, for one stage of reduction each, at least one sun wheel, an elastically deformable internal geared wheel, planet wheels that are rotatably received by a planetary carrier and that act on the one hand on the sun wheel and on the other hand on the internal geared wheel, thereby transmitting power, and a housing. The aim of the invention is to provide a planetary gear that is simple in design and reliable in operation. To this end, the elastically deformable internal geared wheel is configured as an outer wall zone of the housing.

  • Patent number: 6729995
Abstract: A multi-step gearbox has a gearbox housing (1) and a first gear wheel (5) non-rotationally linked with the input shaft (2), a fourth (10) and fifth gear wheel (12) with a mutual fixed connection, a respective second (6) and third gearwheel (8) with a mutual fixed connection and one planetary wheel (15) each rotate about a common planetary axis (B), and an internal-geared wheel (16) is non-rotationally linked with the gearbox housing (1).

  • Patent number: 6729605
Abstract: A cable winch hoisting device for theatrical stages, whereby a plurality of elongated, rod-like holding girders are suspended on cables, and these holding girders are adjustable in height by varying the free cable length between the cable suspension and the holding girder, which determines the position of the respective holding girder. The holding girders are adjustable in height between two end positions without any mutual interference in the clearance spaces which do not overlap with one another and are provided for the holding girders. At least two cables which are uniformly adjustable by the same cable-operating device act on the holding girders and are distributed over the length of the girders. The cable-operating devices are each electrically driven cable drums. The cables acting on the same holding girder can be wound up side by side onto the cable drum of the respective cable-operating device with the same change in free cable length, which determines the position of the holding girder.

  • Patent number: 6432022
Abstract: A low-play planetary gear mechanism for high rotational speeds and low torque transmission and having roller bearings for the parts which rotate within the gear mechanism. The gear mechanism is designed for a long, maintenance-free service life in continuous operation at high drive speeds. To accomplish this, the running surfaces of at least some of the gears are coated with a coating that has a higher wear resistance and a lower coefficient of friction than the respectively associated base material. As such, all of the surfaces of the gear mechanism which come into contact with one another are able to run for long periods at the end of assembly of the gear mechanism. With this gear mechanism, there is no circulating lubricating oil originating from a lubricating-oil collection chamber and which flows freely around any of the moving parts of the gear mechanism.

  • Patent number: 5879261
Abstract: A two-stage planetary gear unit with a fixed gear case contains a first stage planet carrier, and a second stage planet carrier. The first stage planet carrier has a first set of rotatably mounted planet wheels and a first pinion that meshes with the first planet wheels. The second stage planet carrier is formed as a one-piece component that is mounted in the gear case and supports the first stage planet carrier. Rotatably mounted within the second stage planet carrier is a second set of two planetary wheels. Furthermore, a second pinion is housed within the second stage planet carrier and meshes with the second set of planetary wheels. There are rolling contact bearings housed within fixed gear case to support the second stage planet carrier. A clamping ring is inserted into the fixed gear case and braces two of the roller contact bearings next to each other.

  • Patent number: 5791191
Abstract: In a gear which can be flanged onto an electric motor, especially a low-clearance planetary gear, with a hollow shaft to make a positive connection with the electric motor output shaft, an easily manufactured and reliable centering system is to be provided between the gear and the electric motor (6). To this end, the section of the hollow shaft (9) accepting the output shaft (10) of the electric motor is centrically secured on roller bearings (11) and the face of the drive flange is radially freely centerable (7, 8) in relation to the mating surface of the electric motor. To enable a drive with as uniform a basic structure as possible to be connected to electric motors with different connecting geometries, the gear has an interchangeable mating plate (2) forming its connecting flange and a hollow shaft into which compensating sleeves (12) can be inserted to accept electric motor output shafts of different diameters.

  • Patent number: 5716156
Abstract: In a shaft fixture in which a toothed and especially knurled region (B) of a shaft (2) is pressed into a drilling (3) in a seat (4) to form a positive fit with great centric precision via two separate centering sections (A, C), the solidity of the fixture is to be increased in that the shaft has a toothed region (D) outside the section to be introduced into a securing drilling. This toothed region may in particular be a pinion (1) which is pressed via a shaped shaft (2) with a hurled region (B) into a seat drilling (3) to provide a positive fit. To this end the end sections of the gaps between the teeth in the pinion region (D) can terminate in the adjacent shaft region (C) so that the diameter of the shaft may be made larger in relation to that of the pinion than if the sections did not so terminate.
