Abstract: A loading device for loading storage and transport receptacles or trays for plastic receptacles, such as plastic bottles, is disclosed which has a transport system for the trays that can be operated automatically and a transferring device for the plastic receptacles. The transferring device has a multi-gripper for securely grasping a predetermined number of plastic receptacles arranged in the form of a row. A stabilizing system is arranged in a loading station for the trays, which stabilizing system has a first support rack and a second support rack, which are arranged essentially parallel to one another and can be at least partially inserted into a tray that is to be loaded.
Abstract: A stretch-blown plastic container, includes a container body which encloses a filling volume with a container bottom; a container neck which adjoins an opposite end of the container body, having a container opening and an integrated handle region, the handle region being hollow and joined to the filling volume which is enclosed by the container body; and between the handle region and the container body, a through opening recessed and bordered over its entire periphery by wall parts of the container body and of the handle region which have been welded to one another.
Abstract: A preform is disclosed for producing plastic flasks in a two-stage stretch blow-molding process, including a preform base, an elongated preform body, including one longitudinal end sealed to the preform base and another longitudinal end sealed to the neck portion a neck portion with threaded sections or positive protrusions, wherein the preform is manufactured from a plastic that is suitable for the stretch blow-molding process, which has a refractive index of 1.3 to 1.6 at a temperature of 10° C. to 120° C., and in that an outside wall and an inside wall of the preform base bound a flat divergent lens, and in each case have radii of curvature (c, b) that are larger by at least a factor 1.4 than a related radius of curvature (s) of an outside wall or a radius of curvature (R) of an inside wall of the preform in the area of the preform body.
Abstract: A safety rotating closure for a multi-compartment bottle including a two-chamber bottle with a separate pour neck with a pour opening for each chamber and a rotating closure which can be screwed onto a common neck part of the multi-compartment bottle and is provided with a mechanically acting child safety device against unauthorized loosening of the rotating closure. The rotating safety closure has essentially conical seal parts which in the screwed-on state engage the pour openings of the pour necks and interact with the inside walls to form a seal. The interlocking elements of the child safety device are located on the rotating safety closure.
Abstract: Process for producing plastic containers, including an extrusion blow molding machine, is disclosed. For example, in an extrusion blow molding process for plastic bottles, in which plastic tubing (T) which has been extruded from an extruder head (4) in a definable cycle is placed in the mold cavity (7) of a blow molding tool arrangement (6), the inserted plastic tubing is inflated via an infeed blow mandrel by overpressure according to the mold cavity and is then removed from the mold. The extruded plastic tubing (T) is inserted into a mold cavity (7) which is composed of several blow mold cavities (71, 72, 73) which are located axially under one another, two of the blow mold cavities (71, 72) at a time being arranged mirror-symmetrically to one another and connected on their mouth regions and an individual blow mold cavity (73) being separated from the bottom section of the adjacent blow mold cavity (72) by a land region and having a mouth (10) on the outer surface of the blow molding tool arrangement (6).
