Abstract: A data management system includes a computer readable storage medium with a software program embodied thereon, having a human resources application, a reports center application, a payroll processing application, and a system maintenance application. The system also includes data from one or more time files. The data management system is capable of generating one or more payroll documents and one or more reports based on information included in one or more of the human resources application, the reports center application, the payroll processing application, and the system maintenance application, and the data from the one or more time files.
