Abstract: Embodiments may take the form of a secure call environment and methods related thereto. In one embodiment, a secure call environment for conducting a transaction is provided. The secure call environment includes a processor and a memory coupled to the processor storing instructions executable by the processor to provide secure call environment functionality. The secure call environment is configured to create a communication channel between a caller and an agent, record information entered by the caller, and provide the caller entered information to a client application without agent accessibility to the information.

Incoming calls are merged into the agent bridge to allow the agent to conference with the incoming call. The softphone provides call control to allow the agent to transfer, terminate, hold, record, or the like the active call.

Abstract: One embodiment includes a dynamic candidate queuing system. The dynamic candidate queuing system includes a network comprising a server communicatively coupleable with one or more other computers. The server includes a processor and a storage device coupled to the processor. The server is configured to receive data entered at the one or more other computers by candidates and store the data in the storage device. Further, the processor generates a queue listing of candidates in the storage device and the queue listing is organized according to a score given to the data.

Abstract: Techniques and apparatus are provided for a secure computing environment. In particular, in some embodiments a secure computing environment is provide by requesting, by a processor, booting of a virtual machine on a first computing device. A hash value of the virtual machine is verified and it is determined whether an external storage device is present. The result of the verification is written to an environment variable. Additionally, it is determined if the external storage device is paired with the first computing device and the result of the determination is written to an environment variable. The virtual machine is then booted by the first computing device.
