  • Patent number: 8242385
Abstract: An electronic circuit unit includes a multi-layer substrate in which high frequency circuits are provided on two different layers and a ground layer is formed between the two layers, and grounding lands connected to peripheral conductive members through connection bars formed on a plurality of layers of the multi-layer substrate. The grounding lands are connected to each other through a via hole and conducted to the ground layer, and the connection bars protruding radially outward from at least two grounding lands provided on different layers are arranged in different directions with respect to a circumferential direction such that the connection bars do not overlap each other along a thickness direction of the multi-layer substrate.

  • Patent number: 7336070
Abstract: The application provides a magnetic sensor which can suppress an irregularity of a central potential due to a change in a temperature, decrease size of the sensor, and lower the manufacturing cost of the sensor. A magneto-resistive element and fixed resister are provided on an element base and have the same configuration elements. A second magnetic layer and non-magnetic layer in the fixed resistor are reversely laminated on each other in a manner different from the magneto-resistive element, and the second magnetic layer is formed in contact with the first magnetic layer, thereby fixing the magnetization directions of the first magnetic layer and the second magnetic layer in the same direction. In this manner, the irregularity of the temperature coefficient between the magneto-resistive element and the fixed resistor is suppressed, and the irregularity of the central potential due to the change in the temperature is suppressed.

  • Patent number: 6221172
Abstract: A spin-valve magnetoresistive element includes a plurality of layers. The magnetic moment of a first pinned magnetic layer is smaller than the magnetic moment of a second pinned magnetic layer. In this case, a magnetic field of 100 to 1,000 Oe is applied in a direction opposite to the direction for which obtaining of magnetization for the first pinned magnetic layer is desired, or a magnetic field of 5 kOe or greater is applied in the same direction as the direction for which obtaining of magnetization for the first pinned magnetic layer is desired. Thus, a first magnetization of the first pinned magnetic layer and the magnetic moment of a second pinned magnetic layer can be maintained in an antiparallel state.

  • Patent number: 6155106
Abstract: A steering angle sensor unit includes a rotary connector 200 for electrically connecting an electric device mounted on a steering wheel and an electric device mounted on a vehicle body, and a steering angle sensor 210 for detecting information about the turn of the steering wheel. A rotor member 2 in the rotary connector 200 and a rotor member 3 in the steering angle sensor 210 are formed of separate members, one of the rotor member 2 in the rotary connector 200 and the rotor member 3 in the steering angle sensor 210 has a slot 2d extending in the radial direction, the other rotor member 2 or 3 has a cylindrical projection 3i having almost the same diameter as the minor diameter of the slot 2d, and the slot 2d and the projection 3i are engaged with each other.
