Abstract: A vehicle comprises a plurality of motors operatively connected with one another. The vehicle is powered with the plurality of motors individually and in combination with one another to primarily operate each of the plurality of motors within a predetermine efficiency range.
Abstract: The invention relates to a digital system (1) for performing stereotaxic biopsies with a biopsy needle. The inventive system (1) comprises a series of devices which are used to: emit X-rays, detect and transform X-ray photons into electric signáis, position a tissue sample between the X-ray source and the detector, process the electric signáis, and genérate images. The system can also be equipped with a series of devices complementary to those mentioned above, as well as a means for positioning the aforementioned devices in two positions and obtaining images in two different orientations.

Abstract: In the method are repeated the stages of: exposing (6) a zone of a sample to the X-rays through a collimator, exposing only the parts of the sample placed between it and some secondary boards of a main board; obtaining (7) the data generated by exposure of the sample; and moving (8) the mobile support to another zone of the sample. Next, the data to obtain a complete digital image are processed. The device comprises a source of X-rays, a data-gathering device, a detection module which has a main board upon which are arranged secondary boards, a collimator fitted between the main board and the source of X-rays; and a unit for processing the data. A continuous image without size limitation is obtained.
Abstract: A voltage regulator supplies excitation current both in addition and in subtraction, since supplied current can vary not only in intensity, but also in direction depending on the signal given by a control device, which regulates the conduction of the regulator both as far as intensity and direction are concerned, according to a comparison between a reference voltage and the voltage of the alternator itself, or, in any case, a part of it (123), said addition or subtraction been performed by electric or magnetic means. According to a preferred form of execution, the electronic device has bidirectional conditions consisting of a TRIAC (210) which feeds an auxiliary winding in one direction or the other; the TRIAC is triggered, in turn, by a control circuit which sends out a triggering signal being in relation to the voltage of the alternator and to a reference voltage. The TRIAC can be replaced by two controlled diodes or by two transistors or similar means, being connected to each other in inverted parallel.
