Abstract: This invention relates to an editor system for graphical user interfaces used in personal devices, and to a method for enabling a user to selectively display data and edit parameters on the user interface, and to a personal device, like a wristop or a diving computer. In order to edit the graphical user interface having at least one display view, where each set of data fields are arranged in a predetermined manner on the display view, the inventive editor system provides user access to a data field out of a set of data fields to allow user selection of parameters in this field. Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for determining an exercise parameter during a physical performance or after it. In the method the pulse of the heart is measured by means of a sensor, the pulse value is determined on the basis of the measurement and the said exercise parameter is calculated on the basis of the pulse value. According to the invention, a recovery pulse value is determined on the basis of the pulse value and previously determined pre-data, the value being dynamically varied during the exercise and the said exercise parameter being defined by using the recovery pulse value. With the invention, it is possible to accurately estimate the recovery time required after the performance as well as the energy consumption during the performance.

According to the invention, it involves a first wearable digital device receiving instructions from a user and storing them as input values for a processing unit using said instructions, and a wireless signaling unit for communication with external devices over a wireless link. It also involves a second device comprising a recording apparatus adapted to be set in a mode of continuous capture of pictorial information, a memory, and a wireless signaling system for communicating with external devices over a wireless link. The processing unit in the first wearable digital device is adapted to issue commands to be sent over said wireless link to said second digital device for instructing storage of captured pictorial information in the memory of said at least one second device.
