The method also requires creating a first pattern of slits through the first metallic plate's thickness and a second pattern of slits through the second metallic plate's thickness and expanding (a) the first slitted metallic plate to form a first aperture metallic plate and (b) the second slitted metallic plate to form a second aperture metallic plate wherein when the first aperture metallic plate and the second aperture metallic plate are properly aligned and positioned in an electronic air cleaner device then the apertures in the first aperture metallic plate and the apertures in the second aperture metallic plate misalign or do not align with each other.

The filter unit has a first and a second expanded metal metallic plate. The first plate has a first plurality of apertures, and the second plate a second plurality of apertures. Each plate has a coated layer of a dielectric conducting and antimicrobial agent polymer material.

Abstract: A HEPA/VOC air handling system is disclosed. It has a HEPA air filtration unit and an air handling unit. The HEPA air filtration unit has a fresh air intake, an inside air intake, a pre-filter unit, a HEPA air filter, and HEPA fan. The HEPA fan draws fresh air and inside air into a HEPA chamber to form combined air that moderates the fresh air toward the inside air's temperature and humidity to inhibit shocking or damaging the components in the HEPA air filtration unit. The combined air passes through the pre-filter unit and then the HEPA air filter to form HEPA filtered combined air.

The tool-less air filtration device is simple, is totally tool-less for removing and replacing HEPA air filters and cleaning the interior of the air filtration device, and allows for quick, seamless filter changes in the field, while providing the convenient accessibility required to fully clean all surfaces of the unit.

Abstract: Combining a HEPA air filtration system and a central vacuum system obtains a synergistic effect of cleaning air particulates in a room. The particulate count of the current invention provides an unexpectedly low result that can at best be described as synergistic.
