Abstract: A coating frame, a coating system, and methods of coating a component using one or more coating frames are disclosed. The coating frame includes a frame member and at least one bracket coupled to the frame member. The bracket includes at least one hanger attachment point extending into a hollow interior of the at least one bracket. The at least one bracket isolates the at least one hanger attachment point from a coating material when the coating frame is used in a coating process. The method includes suspending a component from the coating frame, conveying the coating frame and the component to a coating applicator, and applying a coating material to the coating frame and the component while isolating the at least one hanger attachment point from the coating material via an air pocket formed within the at least one bracket.

Abstract: A device for draining body fluids and irrigating solutions adapted for utilization with respect to operations on the human body, such as brain operations, eye operations, micro surgery and other types of operations, wherein a wick material, which may be used as a single unit or wherein a wick material, which may be separated or cut into sections, is connected to a drainage funnel or pouch which may be secured by adhesive or otherwise at the site of the operation and wherein the wick material is capable of capillary absorption of fluids initially and when saturated, of acting in a siphon-like manner to draw fluids into the pouch. The pouch itself at its lower end is connected by a tube to a collection bag which is appropriately vented.

Abstract: The slitting and seaming together of hosiery blanks for producing panty hose is carried out by a single operator and during the usual everting, inspecting and toe seaming operation. The hosiery blanks are slit as they are drawn onto a tubular hosiery form and the upper end engages a heated wire slitter supported on one side of the tubular form and a predetermined distance from the open free end of the form. The heated wire slitter is supported between spaced guide plates which aid in directing the panty forming end portion of the hosiery blanks into engagement with the heated wire slitter.
