The issuer server may receive the alias from the network server. The issuer server may also send the alias to an issuer application. The operations may also comprise validating, by the issuer server, an account validation input entered into the issuer application. The issuer server may send an issuer signature criteria that indicate whether the account validation input is valid. The issuer application may add an alias associated with the account to a digital wallet.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses enable a card issuer to provide messages to a customer's transaction instrument. In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for providing messages to customer. The method includes receiving a request for messages corresponding to a transaction instrument of a user at a server. The method further includes obtaining information associated with the transaction instrument using the request. The method further includes selecting at least one message, based at least in part, on the information associated with the transaction instrument. The at least one message is selected from a messages database. The method further includes providing the at least one message to the transaction instrument.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, system, and computer program product for authorizing a financial transaction. A financial institution can identify financial risk associated with the financial transaction based on product details. The product details are sent to the financial institution by a merchant along with the authorization request. The financial institution, then, notifies the merchant regarding authorization of the financial transaction based on the risk assessment. Finally, the merchant fulfills or terminates the financial transaction based on the notification received regarding authorization request.

Abstract: A computer system and computer program product are provided that enable a supervisor to input performance evaluations for members of the supervisor's group. The supervisor is presented with an electronic evaluation form that includes evaluation items that are answered by the supervisor selecting one of a plurality of options. The evaluation form evaluates parameter, sub-parameters, skill types and skill levels as established during maintenance. Each evaluation item is categorized by at least a parameter, sub-parameter, skill type, or skill level. Answers to the evaluation items inputted by the supervisor for each of the members of the group are used to produce a graphical evaluation result based on the answers inputted by the supervisor. Consolidation of several evaluations, from the same supervisor or from several, can also be done.

Abstract: A system and method for completing a financial transaction using a wireless communication device is provided. A transaction authorization request is sent from the device to an issuer using SMS. An authentication message is sent from the issuer to the device, and a response is sent by a user of the device to confirm the identity of the user. Once the identity of the user is verified, a surrogate account number, in a bar code format, is sent to the mobile communication device to be read by a POS device to complete the financial transaction. A computer program product enabling the systems and methods described is also provided.

Abstract: A method which enables a merchant to obtain payment for a purchase from a customer who uses a mobile communication device to make the purchase, including uploading an application program to the customer's mobile communication device, and receiving a request for payment from a merchant terminal. The request for payment includes an identification code of the customer's mobile communication device and a purchase amount. The method further includes transmitting a purchase message to the customer's mobile communication device, the purchase message including an identification of the merchant, the purchase amount, and a request for purchase confirmation. The method further includes receiving a response to the request for purchase confirmation transmitted from the customer's mobile communication device, and if the response to the request for purchase confirmation is affirmative, transmitting to the merchant terminal information identifying a financial account belonging to the customer.

Abstract: To process a commercial transaction, a merchant receives a card payment request from a customer. The merchant redirects the customer to the card issuer. The authorization computer of the card issuer communicates with the customer and authenticates the identity of the customer as the true cardholder of the card presented for payment. In a first embodiment, the merchant submits an authorization request in response to a card payment request to the authorization computer. The merchant receives an authorization confirmation from the authorization computer upon authentication of the identity of the cardholder. In a second embodiment, the customer receives an authorization confirmation from the authorization computer upon the authentication of the identity of the cardholder. The customer then submits the authorization confirmation to the merchant. The merchant, in turn, confirms the authorization confirmation with the authorization computer.

The method includes the steps of providing on the itinerary reservation information identifying the customer's schedule in relation to at least one of an accommodation, means of transport, and event and providing on the itinerary a listing of merchants local to a destination related to the customer's reservation information. Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for facilitating an acquisition from a merchant, whereby payment for the acquisition is made at least partially through automated redemption of loyalty points from a loyalty account. In particular, information is received at a loyalty point exchange system from the merchant. The information may include loyalty data indicating that the acquisition was paid for using a transaction card account that is to be reimbursed using loyalty points from the loyalty account. The loyalty account is debited by an amount equal to a currency value of the acquisition and the transaction card account is credited the amount charged for the acquisition.
