Abstract: A method implemented by a teleconferencing system includes assigning a teleconferencing bridge to a teleconference responsive to at least a current workload of the teleconferencing bridge, and forwarding a first plurality of communication sessions corresponding to the teleconference to the teleconferencing bridge, wherein the teleconferencing bridge is configured to connect each of the first plurality of communication sessions to each other communication session among the first plurality of communication sessions.

Abstract: A billing data interface provides billing data to customers in an accurate and efficient manner. Billing data is processed to preserve client billing information and to meet a customer's individual data requirements. The billing data may be presented in such a way that the customer may input the billing data directly into its client billing system. The billing data may be processed according to client billing specifications corresponding to a client billing system used by the customer. The processed data may preserve leading zeros, separate client code and matter code into two fields, etc. The resulting data file may be delivered to the customer for entry into the customer's client billing system.

One such method comprises: a conferencing system establishing a conference session between a plurality of participants accessing the conferencing system via a communication network; presenting a conference interface via a graphical user interface to a client device operated by one of the participants; displaying in the conference interface a participant object identifying each of the plurality of participants in the conference session; selecting one of the participant objects via the graphical user interface; moving the selected participant object via the graphical user interface to a drop target associated with a breakout session; removing the participant from the conference session; and adding the participant to the breakout session.
