    Abstract: A battery module includes an insulating base, a pair of electrodes and multiple battery packs. Each electrode is installed to the insulating base and has a bridge portion and a wire connecting part exposed from the insulating base, and a pair of lugs is extended smoothly from each battery pack, and an end of at least a part of the lugs is attached to each bridge portion correspondingly. Therefore, the lug is not being twisted or deformed easily, and the battery module may have good conductive efficiency, long service life, and convenience of changing the battery pack.

    Abstract: A degassing method for a lithium battery cell includes the following steps: providing a lithium battery cell including a sealed bag, a degassing tube is arranged on the sealed bag and an end of the degassing tube is communicated with a space in the sealed bag, the sealed bag is filled with electrolyte solution and a remnant gas is contained therein; providing a negative pressure on an external surface of the sealed bag to inflate the sealed bag and therefore decompress the sealed bag to vaporize a part of the electrolyte solution, and the remnant gas is separated from the liquid electrolyte solution and mixed with the vaporized electrolyte solution to form a mixed gas; extracting the mixed gas via the degassing tube, therefore the vaporized electrolyte is pressurized to be liquefied in the degassing tube, and the remnant gas is discharged through the degassing tube.

The tube sleeve is installed to the opening of the battery cell; the stop portion is disposed at an end of the tube sleeve and has an exhaust end communicated with the tube sleeve and the outside; the plug is installed into the tube sleeve to block a side opening of the tube sleeve, blocked by the stop portion to prevent it from separating from the tube sleeve, and pushed by the gas to release its connection with the tube sleeve; and a gap is formed between the plug and the tube sleeve to allow the gas to flow through and exit from the exhaust vent to the outside.

Therefore, the specifications and models of the battery cell packages can be determined with ease to facilitate the categorization and storage of the battery cell packages.

The packing device is used for pasting tapes on a stack structure consisted of the electrode sheets to packing the stack structure. The packing device is included of a tape fetching mechanism, a couple of claws, a carrying mechanism and a positioning mechanism. The tape fetching mechanism is used for moving a tape and putting on the claws. The claws are arranged at interval and a gap is thereby formed between the claws. Each claw is included of a chamfer surface, and the chamfer surfaces are arranged at opposite sides of the gap. The carrying mechanism is used for loading the stack structure. The positioning mechanism is used to drive the claws and the carrying mechanism move related to each other.

Each battery unit has a positive electrode hole and a negative electrode hole. Each electrical-conductive connecting piece has a through-hole and a fixing portion. Each electrical-conductive fixing element passes through the through-hole to be fixed in the positive electrode hole or the negative electrode hole. The two flexible metallic woven bands serially connect the fixing portions of the electrical-conductive connecting pieces located on the positive electrode holes and the negative electrode holes respectively, thereby electrically connecting the battery units in parallel.

    Abstract: A rechargeable lithium battery protection device uses an external circuit to control charging or discharging a rechargeable lithium battery for preventing an overcharge or an overdischarge of the battery. The rechargeable lithium battery protection device includes a diagnostic circuit, a light coupling circuit, a balance circuit, and an identifier circuit. The battery diagnostic circuit checks the voltage of the chargeable battery and outputs a detect signal, and then the balance circuit determines whether or not the detect signal is an overcharge signal and discharges the battery. Meanwhile, the light coupling circuit adjusts an impedance of the light coupling circuit according to the detect signal for disconnecting the battery from the external circuit and the identifier circuit provides the position of a battery that sends out the signal.
