In the anode material provided, hardness of the nano-silicon is strengthened, thereby improving stability of the nano-silicon particles, reducing volume change of the anode material, and improving cycling stability of the battery.
Abstract: Proposed is a method of extracting a metal from a salt solution derived from a spent battery, the method including preparing a salt solution derived from a spent battery containing metal ions, preparing a metal extractant mixture including a metal extractant and a metal extractant activator, bringing the metal extractant mixture into contact with the salt solution to produce a complex compound of the metal extractant mixture and the metal, and a first filtrate. The method further comprises recovering the complex compound and the first filtrate and bringing an acid into contact with the complex compound to produce a metal salt, and a second filtrate, recovering the metal salt and the second filtrate, and recovering each of the activator and acid from the first filtrate through electrodialysis.

Abstract: A system and method for algorithmic selection of a consensus from a collection of ideas is disclosed. A group of ideas is provided to a group of participants for voting. Voting may occur in a single round or in several successive rounds, optionally until a consensus idea is chosen. Typically, the votes that are cast use discrete levels, such as “approve”, “disapprove”, “positive”, “neutral” or “negative”. For ideas that receive the same votes, a differentiator may be the time spent casting the vote. A relatively long evaluation time may signal some internal conflict in the mind of the participant, when compared with a relatively short evaluation time, which may signal no such conflict. The evaluation time may be combined with the rating of the participant to form a weighted rating. Consequently, a short evaluation time of a positive rating may yield a more positive weighted rating, while a short evaluation time of a negative rating may yield a more negative weighted rating.

The embodiments of the present disclosure have a relatively good electron field emission effect and a high degree of product structure consistency, and achieve easy commissioning. The service life of the electron emission apparatus can be remarkably prolonged compared with that of a traditional thermal field emission or cold field emission filament.
