    Abstract: The apparatus is a rotating electrical coupling for use at the base of an aerial ladder which furnishes water, hydraulic controls and electrical lines to the top of the rotating ladder. The electrical coupling uses multiple, concentric, printed circuit type conductive bands oriented in a single plane and wiper contacts held in contact with the bands. The entire structure is located within a compartment within which can also be placed insulating liquids or gases to prevent corrosion and deterioration of the rotating electrical contacts.
