Abstract: A distributor cap for a container (2) comprises a valve (3), whereof the movement causes the discharge--in particular the vaporization--of the product contained in the container (2). This cap comprising a fixed part (9) for connecting the cap (1) to the container (2) and a part (10) able to move with respect to the fixed part (9) and which co-operates with the valve (3) in order to allow its movement. The movable part (10) laterally surrounds the fixed part (9) which passes therethrough, and the fixed part (9) forms at least part of the transverse free end surface (12) of the cap (1). The fixed part (11) prevents the movable part (10) of the cap (1) from being depressed accidentally.
Abstract: A box for cosmetics comprising a base defining a recess, a cover pivotably mounted on the base around a rear transverse pivot, a movable push rod borne by the base at the rear end cooperating with the cover so as to open it, and a pair of parts cooperating and movable with respect to one another for resiliently holding the cover in the closed position. The pair of parts are complementary in shape with one another, the first part comprising a portion of the cover and the second part comprising a portion of the base, so that the push rod functions mainly to open the cover and not to lock it in the closed position.
Abstract: A device for closing a container having a neck, in particular a bottle or pot for a cosmetic product, of the type having structure for axial tightening by screwing of a cap onto the neck of the container and for the angular positioning of the cap with respect to the container. The angular positioning structure comprises at least one lug of the container extending substantially axially upwards from a shoulder surface of the container substantially perpendicular to the tightening axis and at least one tongue member of the cap which is elastically deformable in the axial direction co-operating with such lug in order to vary the axial tightening force at the time of the opening and closing operations.
