Abstract: An electric nailing apparatus includes a triggering member, a rotatable rod member including first and second sustaining structures, a transmission rod having a first protrusion structure, a motor member and a ram block sustained against a fixture element via a resilience element. In response to a rotation of a gear member, the ram block glides to compress the resilience element and then touch the first protrusion structure. In response to an external force, the triggering member moves to have the first sustaining structure touch a first switch device to start the motor member. After the ram block touches the first protrusion structure, the second sustaining structure is simultaneously stirred by the transmission rod to have the first sustaining structure detached from the first switch device, thereby stopping the motor member and providing a nailing energy to the ram block in response to a recovery force of the resilience element.

Abstract: A transmission mechanism for an electric nailing gun includes a motor, a driving wheel connected to an output shaft of the motor and having an eccentric rod, and a wear-resistant ring rotatably mounted on the eccentric rod for enabling the eccentric rod to push a slide of a nail striking mechanism of the electric nailing gun without producing much friction during rotation of the driving wheel along with the output shaft of the motor.

Abstract: A pivot joint includes a fixed member, a movable member, two friction pads respectively fastened to the fixed member and the movable member and each having at least one raised portion and one recessed portion formed at its one side, and a pivot shaft inserted through the fixed member, the movable member, and the two friction pads to tightly hold the same by its two ends. The two sides of said two friction pads having the raised and recessed portions are attached to each other. When the movable member is driven by a force to turn with respect to the fixed member for a predetermined angle, the friction pad fastened to the movable member is turned together with the movable member, such that friction resistance is increasingly generated between said raised portions of said friction pads.

Abstract: The nailing gun uses a motor as a power drive to rotate a drive gear wheel and a driven gear wheel, causing the drive gear wheel and the driven gear wheel to alternatively move a slider from a nailing position to a standby position, for enabling a nail driving tip, which is fastened to the slider, to be moved with the slider from the standby position to the ailing position by spring member, which is compressed to preserve energy when the slider moved from the nailing position to the standby position.
