Abstract: Makeup stencils and kits include a pair of stencils. Each stencil of the pair includes a surface defining an outer region. There are on the outer region at least one indicium located about a periphery of the outer region. Each portion of the periphery is dimensioned for application of makeup or contouring. A makeup and contouring system includes providing an image of a face to be used with stencils. Guidelines are determined and areas are located via the guidelines. A face is shaped with contouring and lightening to have Golden Ratio proportions via different points and zones.
