    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for restraining cargo in a cargo compartment. In one embodiment, the system comprises a bracket having a main plate segment. At least one adapter is coupled to the bracket and dimensioned to be releasably secured to a location within the cargo compartment. A hook is disposed along a portion of the bracket, the hook comprising a receiving space formed between a rear segment, an end segment and a front segment. A portion of cargo is dimensioned to be placed within a portion of the receiving space. The system may include a locking member, wherein the portion of cargo is capable of being inserted into the receiving space when the locking member is in an open state, and wherein the portion of cargo is restrained from forward, rearward and lateral movement in the cargo compartment when the locking member is in a closed state.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides a bushing for a captive beam system, and specifically a bushing that extends between a track for a captive beam system and a bracket that slides along the track. In some captive beam systems that have automatic moving capability, the bracket (and therefore the captive beam that is rotatably connected to the bracket) is pulled upward or downward by a force applied thereto either directly or indirectly, and this force may result in some rubbing between the bracket and the track, which introduces the possibility of wear. The bushing is provided as a wear surface to prevent track or bracket wear. The disclosure also provides a tensioning system for an automatically movable captive beam.

    Abstract: A locking assembly is provided including a frame. The frame includes a slot and a recess positioned at a top portion of the frame. The assembly further includes a handle rotatably coupled to an end of the frame that is opposite the slot. The handle is rotatable between an open position and a closed position. The slot is configured to receive an attachment means. When the attachment means is in the slot and the handle is in the closed position, the handle is positioned in the slot on top of the attachment means such that the attachment means is prevented from moving with respect to the frame. A latch may be mounted to the handle. The latch is slidable between a locked position where a pin extending from the latch engages the recess of the frame and an unlocked position where the pin is positioned outside the recess.
