Abstract: Disclosed is a storage device which includes non-volatile memory devices, temperature sensors, and a storage controller receiving temperature information from the temperature sensors. Each of the plurality of memory blocks is allocated to one of a plurality of zones, and the storage controller performs a first zone reallocation operation to reallocate a block of a non-volatile memory device with a lower temperature to a zone with a higher hit ratio and to reallocate a block of a non-volatile memory device with a higher temperature to a zone with a lower hit ratio. The storage controller performs a first zone rating to generate a first table based on hit ratio information of the zones, performs a first memory rating to generate a second table based on the temperature information, and performs the first zone reallocation operation based on the first table and the second table.

Abstract: Introduced here is a plasma polymerization apparatus and process. Example embodiments include a vacuum chamber in a substantially symmetrical shape to a central axis. A rotation rack may be operable to rotate about the central axis of the vacuum chamber. Additionally, reactive species discharge mechanisms positioned around a perimeter of the vacuum chamber in a substantially symmetrical manner from the outer perimeter of the vacuum chamber may be configured to disperse reactive species into the vacuum chamber. The reactive species may form a polymeric multi-layer coating on surfaces of the one or more devices. Each layer may have a different composition of atoms to enhance the water resistance, corrosion resistance, and fiction resistance of the polymeric multi-layer coating.
Abstract: A method for producing a fermented liquid having an acidity of pH 3 to 4, including colloidal particles having a particle size not exceeding 50 nm and short-chain fatty acids. The method includes providing fermentation apparatus including a plurality set of temperature-controlled fermentation containers at each stage of the multi-stage fermentation process; using a soft water as a starter, a seed bacterial liquid comprising seven species of fermentation bacteria (International Accession No. NITE BP-02945 to NITE BP-02951) including spore-forming Clostridium bacteria, controlled under a low temperature condition, and three kinds of fermented media derived from natural materials, produced by individually fermenting respective first medium of dried soybeans, second medium of mixed medium of dried plants consisting Taiso, Kukoshi, and Ukon, and third material of honey material; and producing the fermented liquid by multi-stage fermentation process.

Abstract: The present invention provides a machine abnormality marking and abnormality prediction system connected with a factory host and including a parameter streaming unit connected with the machines, an abnormality reporting unit, a prediction analysis unit, and a neural network classifier. The parameter streaming unit and the abnormal reporting unit collect data of each machine in the factory, and the collected data are compared and analyzed with historical records by the prediction analysis unit. The generated parameter values can be continuously compared with the collected data to predict the state of each machine in the factory, and provide an early warning of possible abnormality or need of maintenance, so that the personnel in the factory can arrange production line maintenance or capacity adjustment in advance or adjust the machine of the factory production line, to avoid occasional shutdown and reduce factory losses.
Abstract: Disclosed is a blended polyester thin film, comprising a copolyester and a homopolyester. The thin film is composed of upper, middle, and lower layers. Each of the three layers is a homogeneous mixture of the copolyester and the homopolyester. The copolyester comprises 800-2000 ppm by mass of SiO2 added by means of in-situ polymerization. A dihydric alcohol component in the copolyester comprises ethylene glycol, 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, and 1,4-butanediol. The melting point of the copolyester is between 200-240° C. The blended polyester film of the present invention has excellent processability, excellent chemical resistance, such as acid and alkali resistance, and excellent uniformity. A film-coated metal plate prepared from the blended polyester thin film can meet performance requirements of metal containers for food and beverage packaging with complex molding processing and high corrosion resistance.

Abstract: Provided is an axial gap type motor employing a non-rare earth magnet, and a water pump using same. The axial gap type motor for a water pump (EWP) comprises: a rotor rotatably supported on a fluid flow passage between a pump cover and a body case; a stator arranged in a lower space formed by the body case and an upper cover, so as to generate a rotating magnetic field, thereby rotating the rotor; and a partition arranged on the body case in order to separate the rotor from the stator. The rotor can use a ferrite magnet, which is a non-rare earth magnet.
